Placing Your Pre-Order
All pre-order products will have PREORDER as a part of their product name. Each preorder piece has an estimate of 14 days before shipment. PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee 14 days & due to the demand of the piece, it can & sometimes will take longer. You may Contact Us to get any updates needed on your order.
Shipping Your Pre-Order
Shipment of your In-Stock items will be delayed until your Pre-Order item is ready for shipping. To Avoid this & Ensure Faster Delivery, we recommend making TWO separate orders - one for your Pre-Order items and one for your In-Stock items. All orders will be shipped once 100% complete.
Cancelling or Changing Your Pre-Order
Our customers do reserve the right to change or cancel their Pre-Orders within 24 hours after their order has been placed. Once your Pre-Order item has been shipped, it is treated as a regular order. If for any reason Bay-Bay Boutique is not able to fulfill your pre-order within 30 days, we will refund your credit card or your original payment method the full amount.
