Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bay Bay Boutique. If something is wrong with your purchase, we're here to help.

All Bay-Bay products come with our Customer Satisfaction Warranty. If you received a defective/wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours after delivery. Customers must notify us at within 3 calendar days after delivery or we have a right to refuse a claim.

For wrong, defective, or faulty products, please take photos or videos of the incorrect item(s) and your order sheet. Send in your photos to our email at - we will replace, refund, arrange to deliver the correct items, or refuse your claim after confirmation. 

Examples of Refunds that will NOT be granted:

  1. Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Customer has entered the wrong shipping details when making their order and contacted us after the order's shipping label has been printed.
  3. Picked the wrong size on accident.
  4. Item is too small/big for child. - Sizing charts are for your use, to manually measure your babe for a perfect fit. 
  5. Customer forgot to input a discount code.
  6. Customer does not have a photo of the order sheet that was included in their package.

Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Second, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Lastly, If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
