What will my shipping experience be like?

USA Orders: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our partnering courier companies such as USPS and local postal offices directly out of Greenville, North Carolina. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. Each shipment will be given a unique tracking number and you will be notified via our automated tracking system.

International Orders: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our partnering courier companies to ensure your package makes it safe and efficiently. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. Each shipment will be given a unique tracking number and you will be notified via our automated tracking system.

Where do you ship too? How long does it take?

Delivery times vary according to location, and are estimated as follows:

  • United States | 3-5 days after processing. Upgraded Shipping to Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 Days.
  • ALL International | 7-21 days after processing. Upgraded Shipping to Priority Mail will arrive in 3-7 Days. (We are NOT responsible for any additional border fees.)
Processing Times: Items will ship within 1-3 business days. We do our best to ship as soon as possible and often you will receive your order the earliest possible date.

Did you place a PREORDER? Please check our Pre-Order Policy for a more accurate timeframe on when your item will be processed. 

Processing Your Pre-Order

All preorder products will have PREORDER as a part of their product name. Each preorder piece has an estimated processing time of 15-30 business days (Monday - Friday) before shipment. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee 15-30 business days (Monday - Friday) & due to the demand of some piece(s), it can & sometimes will take longer.

If for any reason your preorder does take longer than 30 business days and your order has not been shipped out, you will be eligible for a Refund on the piece(s) that do have delays.

Can I still cancel my order? 

All Sales Are Final and cannot be canceled. However, we are typically able to make changes to orders within 24 hours of purchase.  If you would like to make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team at baebaeboutique@gmail.com. Please Note: Changes are not guaranteed, please review all orders before finalizing.
