Trouble with Customer Support

I placed an order in May and it is now July. One of the items that I ordered was out of stock apparently and they said they refunded. When in fact, I have yet to get the refund! We have emailed back in forth and all they say is the refund was provided. It has not been! I get generic answers without actually addressing the problem. Will not recommend and will not order again from this shop!
