Processing Your Pre-Order
All preorder products will have PREORDER as a part of their product name. Each preorder piece has an estimated processing time of 30 business days (Monday - Friday) before shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee 30 business days (Monday - Friday) & due to the demand of some piece(s), it can & sometimes will take longer.
Shipping Your Pre-Order
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our partnering courier companies such as USPS and local postal offices directly out of Greenville, North Carolina. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. Each shipment will be given a unique tracking number and you will be notified via our automated tracking system.
Where do you ship too? How long does it take?
Delivery times vary according to location, and are estimated as follows:
- United States | 3-5 days after processing. Upgraded Shipping to Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 Days.
- Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, & Mexico | 7-21 days after processing. Upgraded Shipping to Priority Mail will arrive in 3-7 Days. (We are NOT responsible for any additional border fees.)
