All preorder products will have PREORDER as a part of their product name. Each preorder piece has an estimated processing time of 15-30 business days (Monday - Friday) before shipment.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our partnering courier companies such as USPS and local postal offices directly out of Greenville, North Carolina. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. Each shipment will be given a unique tracking number and you will be notified via our automated tracking system.

Where do you ship too? How long does it take?

Delivery times vary according to location, and are estimated as follows:

United States | 3-5 days after processing. Upgraded Shipping to Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 Days.
Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, & Mexico | 7-21 days after processing. Upgraded Shipping to Priority Mail will arrive in 3-7 Days. (We are NOT responsible for any additional border fees.)

Mystery valentines package

Honestly very disappointed. I ordered for my son’s valentines party at school, and expected actual outfits like it’s pictured. I was sent an all white sweater, the exact same sweater in red, and a burgundy beanie that doesn’t even match or have anything to do with Valentine’s Day. I had an email that said my order was on delay and I emailed back to see if this was even going to make it in time. It thankfully did, but SUCH a waste of money because now I have to still go purchase an entire outfit for the 14th for his party. Honestly, if you’re really wanting something from here find exactly what you’re wanting to purchase and skip the mystery package. It’s a waste.
